First Part

Onboarding - Let’s Chat!
Before we dive into contracts or deposit discussions, let’s grab a virtual coffee (or tea!) for a quick chat! This is our chance to connect and explore your brand's unique vibes. I’ll get to know your goals and figure out how I can sprinkle some magic into your project. By the end of our conversation, we’ll have a rough outline of the project scope, deliverables, timeframe, and budget—no strings attached!

Project Proposal - Your Custom Roadmap
After our kick-off chat, I’ll whip up a tailored project proposal just for you! Think of it as your personal menu with options ranging from gold to platinum to diamond. Each choice will detail the project timeline, deliverables, and a quote that fits your needs. You get to pick what resonates most with your vision!

Signed & Sealed - Let’s Lock It In!
Once you’ve chosen your preferred option, it’s time to seal the deal! You’ll make a 50% deposit of the agreed project fee, and once I have that and your signed contract, we’re officially on the books for our start date. Exciting, right?

Second Part

Moodboard - Your Visual Vibe Check!
What’s a moodboard, you ask? It’s like a vision board for your brand! I'd recommend you making the moodboard personally, if you don't, I’ll create two fabulous moodboards: one that aligns with our discussion and another that offers a fresh perspective. This will help us nail down the aesthetic and vibe we’re aiming for. Once they’re ready, I’ll send them your way for approval!

Design Development - Crafting Your Masterpiece
With your brief and moodboard in hand, I’ll dive deep into research—checking out your brand, competitors, and everything in between. This is where the magic happens! I’ll brainstorm and develop design ideas, playing with colors, typography, patterns, and more to bring your vision to life.

Design Presentation - The Big Reveal!
Drumroll, please! The design work is done, and I’ll put together an exciting presentation which i will present personally, showcasing every design decision and the thought behind them. To help you visualize the magic, I’ll include industry-specific mockups—so you can see exactly how your brand will shine in the real world!

Revision (If Needed) - Let’s Fine-Tune!
After the presentation, feel free to send any feedback via email. If there are tweaks to be made, I’m all ears! Depending on what’s needed, we can refine the designs together until they’re just right—ensuring you’re thrilled with the final outcome.

Offboarding - Delivery & Handover
Once we’ve signed off on all deliverables, it’s time to settle up the remaining project fee. As soon as I receive that, I’ll send you a treasure trove of assets organized in a super user-friendly folder or zip file. Oh, and I’d love your feedback! A review link will come your way. Then it’s time to implement everything we created together and watch your brand take the spotlight!
